Who I am, and What I Do
Individual Coaching for CPAP/BIPAP Users
My name is Mark Seager, Respiratory Therapist, and I am your CPAP Coach. I have been a licensed Respiratory Therapist for 33 years. I also have suffered from Sleep Apnea for 15 years, and credit CPAP/BIPAP therapy for dramatically improving my overall well-being, and cardiovascular health. I have dedicated the last 20 years of my life to helping others with their Sleep Apnea therapy, and look forward to working with you, to achieve your goals.
The Importance of Support
CPAP & BIPAP Therapy can be a challenge. Particularly when starting out. It is no secret that traditional medicine can be lacking when it comes providing CPAP users follow-up support/coaching. Typically insurance carriers will provide a 'one-and-done' scenario to your CPAP or BIPAP therapy. Set your equipment up, answer a few initial questions, then you're on your own. On top of that, if you are looking to get timely professional, qualified follow-up coaching/support; well, good luck. I look to change all that, through qualified one-on-one CPAP & BIPAP coaching.
One-on-One Coaching
During your coaching session, we talk about your current settings, therapy feedback data/information as gleaned from your device monitoring metrics, etc. We address any questions or concerns you have about your current therapy including possible the side effects you may be experiencing. We discuss your current equipment, cleaning recommendations, methodologies, and possible take-aways that you can address with your managing physician or clinician on your next visit. Please note that CPAP coaching is not attended to diagnose or treat your Sleep Apnea. My coaching services are to provide guidance and support to help you succeed in the treatment of your sleep disorder. Any and all modifications to your current treatment/therapy should be implemented through your clinic or physician.
